These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Math.institute website at math.institute and your relationship with Math.institute (“we,” “us,” or “our”) when you inquire about or enroll in programs described on our site. By using this website or submitting an inquiry form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Math.institute provides online math coaching and related educational services for students in Grades 2–8, as described on our website, including:
Program details, schedules, pricing, and availability on the website are subject to change. Specific terms for a confirmed enrollment or license may be provided separately at the time of agreement.
Our website is intended for use by adults—parents, guardians, educators, and school administrators. If you enroll a student or submit student information, you represent that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to do so.
This website does not require a user account to browse or submit inquiry forms. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in any form you submit.
You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about and requesting our services. You agree not to:
Submitting a form on our website—such as a Roadmap Session booking request, BootCamp seat reservation, or Schools partnership inquiry—creates an inquiry only and does not by itself guarantee availability, acceptance, or enrollment. As stated on our forms:
We may decline or limit enrollment based on capacity, grade fit, geographic considerations, or other reasonable business criteria.
Prices displayed on our website—including the $250 Math Roadmap Session, BootCamp cohort tiers, and school license amounts—are subject to confirmation at enrollment and may change before a binding agreement is formed. Payment terms, billing method, and any applicable taxes will be communicated when you confirm a program or license.
Refund and cancellation policies are not completed solely through this website. Applicable refund, rescheduling, or cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking or enrollment confirmation. If no separate policy is provided, requests will be handled on a reasonable case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
Coaching, Roadmap Sessions, and BootCamp activities are delivered online, including through Zoom or a comparable platform we designate. You are responsible for providing a suitable device, internet connection, and a quiet environment for participation. We are not responsible for session quality issues caused by your equipment, connectivity, or environment outside our reasonable control.
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, curriculum descriptions, lesson structures, images, and design—is owned by Math.institute or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating or participating in our programs.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit our website content or curriculum materials except as expressly permitted in a written school license agreement or other authorization from us.
Math.institute provides educational coaching and curriculum support. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, competition scores, qualification for contests, grade-level advancement, or admission to any school or program. Testimonials and results shown on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of future results for every student.
Our services supplement—not replace—parental involvement and, where applicable, instruction provided by a student’s school. You remain responsible for decisions about your child’s education.
Our website may reference or rely on third-party tools and services (such as Zoom for live sessions, Google Fonts, and content delivery networks). We are not responsible for third-party services’ availability, policies, or practices. Links to external sites, if present, are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Math.institute and its coaches, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or participation in our programs.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will not exceed the amount you paid to Math.institute for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if no such payment was made, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Math.institute from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of information you are not authorized to provide.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or decline future enrollment if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our students, staff, or operations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Math.institute primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
